“I am a textile artist who transforms old woolen clothes into works of art.  My need to communicate the joy of life has lead to hand dyeing my wool.  It’s akin to a painter mixing oils on a palette to produce just the right color.  I paint with wool because I love texture.  I cut or tear the wool into strips and hook it into a fabric base. ”

“I use many techniques to produce depth and movement in my work.  It is my passion.  Like all artists, I’m seeking communication with the viewer.  My greatest satisfaction is the joy that  people find in my work.”
